Mary Beth Hagan will be speaking with former Davidson County Chancellor Ellen Hobbs Lyle at the Tennessee Bar Association’s Construction Law Annual Forum. The Forum, which will take place on Friday, January 27, 2023 in Nashville, aims to educate attorneys on the ins and outs of litigating a construction dispute. Ms. Hagan and Chancellor Lyle will focus their portion of the Forum on construction disputes from the perspective of judges and arbitrators.
