On August 4, 2021, the Rutherford County Area Habitat for Humanity held its inaugural Leave a Legacy fundraising dinner. As the current Board President, Mary Beth Hagan delivered a speech about the work and mission of Habitat for Humanity. She was followed by the keynote speaker, former Tennessee Titans great and current TSU head football coach, Eddie George. The event was a resounding success and exceeded the fundraising goals.
