Mary Beth Hagan has recently been added to the list of approved ADR neutrals for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. She is available to serve as a mediator, evaluator, arbitrator, or neutral for matters pending in that federal court district, as well as her availability for any state court matter.
