Mary Beth Hagan and Joshua A. Jenkins will be leading a free mechanics’ and materialman’s lien seminar on October 12, 2017 at the Tennessee Bar Center in Nashville. The seminar is open to all contractors and subcontractors in the Middle Tennessee area and is part of a state wide initiative by the Construction Section of the Tennessee Bar Association. During the month of October, members of the Construction Section will host a free seminar in each grand division of Tennessee. The purpose of the seminars is to provide contractors and subcontractors with general knowledge of their lien rights, and how they can protect, perfect, and enforce them.
